Meet Bhawana Singh

Namaste everyone!

I am thrilled to share a bit about myself and my journey. My name is Bhawana Singh, and I hold an M.Tech from NIT Jaipur with a specialization in VLSI Designs. My career in the tech world has been both challenging and rewarding, and I currently work for a renowned Multinational Corporation (MNC) in Sweden.

But my story doesn't end there. I am deeply passionate about yoga and wellness. I have completed over 800 hours of yoga certification and hold a specialization in the philosophical knowledge of yoga and asanas. I have completed level 3 Yoga Teachers Training of 800 hours in Practical and Theoretical classes. During the course got a chance to study all Principal Upanishads like Patanjali Yoga Sutra, Bhagvat Gita, Hatha Yoga Pradipika. And also some rare Yoga text Hatha Ratnavali and the Philosophical text Yoga Vasitha were also part of this study. And on the Practical side got a detailed understanding of utilizing Yoga practices for Stress management, Prevention and management of lifestyle disorders, Yoga as an integrative medication etc. Also have done a certification (100 hour) course on Yoga therapy.  

This journey has allowed me to explore the profound connection between the mind and body, and I strive to share this knowledge with others.

I am also the proud Co-founder of the Sri Wellness Yoga Centre, where we aim to bring the transformative benefits of yoga to our community. Our centre is dedicated to promoting physical health, mental clarity, and spiritual growth through the practice of yoga.

Originally from the vibrant state of Rajasthan, India, I have always been inspired by the rich cultural heritage of my homeland. My journey has taken me across continents, enriching my experiences and broadening my perspectives.
